Qualifications

1 year minimum experience in contract review/analysis, ERP requisition creation, procurement operations or accounts payable.
Experience with contract oversight and documentation management is a plus.

Responsabilités

Administrates contracts with vendors, customers or partners and ensures required documentation is received.
Reviews contracts for completeness and conformance; may revise to meet requirements.
Collects and tracks data via spreadsheets for reporting.
Prepares routine management reports and contract status summaries.
Performs billing verification and researches invoice or vendor discrepancies.
Maintains accurate contract records, key dates, and renewal deadlines.
Collaborates with Finance, Legal and Operations on contract-related activities.
