US Tech Solutions is seeking a procurement specialist for a Phoenix-based contract role. You will support purchasing activities, manage PO processes, and maintain supplier communications to meet production needs.

Responsibilities include expediting orders, resolving PO discrepancies, and tracking supplier performance to minimize schedule risks. A Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field is preferred, with ERP/MRP experience.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supplier coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Expedite open purchase orders and track status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams about changes and delivery commitments.
• Resolve discrepancies between receiving and PO data, including quantities and pricing.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues to protect schedules.
• Assist with coordinating receiving, QA, and inventory records.
