Lyra Health seeks a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence‑based mental health care for children and young adults. You will conduct 60‑minute intake visits, follow‑ups, and psychiatric evaluations, coordinating with a team of therapists and clinicians.

The role emphasizes family engagement, ethical practice, and continuous improvement, with the ability to offer in‑person or virtual care and to collaborate through Lyra’s platform and consultations.

Qualifications

• PMHNP or PA with psychiatry focus and relevant certifications
• Unrestricted state license in Oklahoma and DEA registration preferred
• Experience with pediatric/adolescent populations is highly valued
• Office space available to see clients and maintain privacy

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health medication management in 60‑minute intake and follow-ups
• Conduct risk assessments and psychiatric evaluations; adjust treatment plans
• Document care, communicate with clients, and prescribe/manage medications
• Adhere to evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines for safety and efficacy
