Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to provide essential clinical care for children, teens, and young adults. The role emphasizes diagnostic expertise, family engagement, and ethical practice, with both in-person and telehealth options within Lyra’s network.

You will conduct 30‑minute video intake appointments, follow-up visits, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or PA program with psychiatry credentials.
• Unrestricted state license to practice.
• Minimum of 2 years in clinical practice.
• Active DEA license preferred and psychiatry-focused certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric medication management via 60‑minute intake and follow‑ups.
• Perform risk assessments and longitudinal medication evaluations.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations; manage medications.
• Adhere to evidence-based treatment guidelines and ensure safe, effective care.
