Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to provide essential clinical care. This role emphasizes diagnostic expertise, family engagement, ethical practice, and continuous improvement to ensure the highest standard of care, delivered through video intake and follow-up appointments.

You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching in tandem with care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program; or PA with psychiatry certification.
• Unrestricted state license and DEA license preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in practice; in-person option availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Adhere to evidence-based medicine and measure-based care guidelines.
