Job summary

Lyra Health invites qualified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join its contract provider network in the United States. You will deliver evidence-based psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and young adults, leveraging Lyra’s integrated platform and 30-minute intake and ongoing follow-ups via video and in-person visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or PA program with psychiatry certification.
• Unrestricted state license in Pennsylvania (as listed) and ability to practice.
• Minimum of 2 years in practice.
• Active DEA license preferred for candidates.
• Office space to see clients and in-person options favored.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health medication management during 60-minute intake and follow-ups.
• Conduct psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and longitudinal medication management.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations; manage medications.
• Follow evidence-based guidelines to ensure safe, effective care and minimize risks.
