Lyra Health in the United States is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based psychiatric care. You will conduct 30-minute video intake appointments and follow-ups, perform evaluations, and coordinate referrals for therapy and coaching services.
Must hold PMHNP or PA psychiatry cert and have a Kentucky license. You will provide care to youth across diverse backgrounds, with options for in-person and virtual sessions and a strong emphasis on family
Competenze
- Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or an accredited PA program with psychiatry certification.
- Active US licensure and DEA license preferred.
- Experience in pediatric/adolescent psychiatry or related field.
Mansioni
- Provide mental health medication management via intake and follow-ups.
- Perform risk assessments and psychiatric evaluations.
- Create patient-centered treatment plans and coordinate care with therapy/coaching services.
- Deliver care to diverse youth with emphasis on safety and best practices.
