Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Trinity, FL. The role requires performing blood draws, labeling specimens, and maintaining accurate patient and test data. You will work a 7:00am-3:30pm schedule, Mon-Fri with Saturday rotation, on a 3-month contract with potential for permanent employment.

The ideal candidate has a valid Phlebotomy certification, at least 2 years of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits are available.

Competenze

• Valid Phlebotomy certification as required in some states.
• Minimum 6 months venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.

Mansioni

• Perform blood draws, label and handle specimens.
• Collect and store specimens according to procedures.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously.
• Demonstrate technique with straight or butterfly needles.
• Follow physician orders and match requisitions to tubes.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure specimen integrity.
• Comply with OSHA/DEP regulations and attend trainings.
