Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification as required by state.
• Minimum 6 months venipuncture experience in fast-paced labs or hospitals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• HS Diploma or GED with 1-4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and venipuncture procedures.
• Label specimens, centrifuge, and maintain data records.
• Explain procedures clearly to patients and ensure specimen transport.
• Follow OSHA and DEP regulations and attend trainings.
• Attend to routine lab tasks and communicate results.
