Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Phlebotomist in Trinity, FL, on a contract basis with potential for permanent placement after three months. The role requires performing venipuncture, labeling specimens, specimen handling, and contributing to workflow improvements in a clinical laboratory.

Responsibilities include drawing blood, proper specimen labeling, centrifuging when required, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring specimen transport readiness.

Qualificações

• Valid phlebotomy certification for the employing state.
• Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Perform venipuncture and blood collection with proper technique.
• Label, centrifuge, and store specimens per protocol.
• Update patient information and maintain accurate records.
• Explain the venipuncture process clearly and courteously.
• Ensure correct labeling and linkage of requisitions to specimens.
• Package specimens for transport following transfer procedures.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations and attend required trainings.
