You will work 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday with rotating Saturday shifts. Requires 2+ years' experience and an active phlebotomy certification; benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification as required in the state of employment.
• Minimum 6 months' experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and labeling of specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Demonstrate technique with straight or butterfly needles.
• Match requisitions to specimen tubes and ensure proper labeling.
• Package specimens for transport and maintain specimen integrity.
