Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Phlebotomist for a contractual role in Columbus, GA. The position will require performing blood draws, specimen labeling, centrifugation, and documenting maintenance data.

Schedule is M-F 8:30am-5:30pm with potential transfer to other locations as needed. The ideal candidate will have phlebotomy certification, at least 3 years of phlebotomy experience or 6 months venipuncture in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency with MS Office.

Formación

• 3 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsabilidades

• Experience performing blood draws, labeling and centrifuging specimens, and recording maintenance data.
• Collect and store specimens according to established procedures.
• Explain the venipuncture process clearly and courteously.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure proper labeling and temperature controls.
• Follow OSHA and DEP regulations and attend annual trainings.
• Answer inquiries and read laboratory results as needed.
