Acloché LLC is seeking a Phlebotomist for a contract assignment in Charlotte, NC. The role includes blood draws, specimen labeling, and transport, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance with lab procedures.

The candidate should have a valid Phlebotomy certification, at least 6 months of venipuncture experience, and a high school diploma or GED. 1 year of experience is preferred; benefits are available. Schedule is M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Competenze

• Valid Phlebotomy certification required.
• Minimum of 6 months of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Experience performing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, and recording maintenance data.
• Collect and store specimens per established procedures and test orders.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients and others as required.
• Match laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes and ensure correct labeling.
• Package specimens for transport and maintain specimen integrity.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations and attend annual trainings.
• Answer inquiries and review lab results as needed.
