Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist for a contract role in Glens Falls, NY. The position requires 2+ years of phlebotomy experience and offers potential for permanent placement.

The schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm with every other Saturday 7am-12pm. The role includes blood draws, specimen labeling, centrifuging, and following OSHA/DEP procedures in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Valid phlebotomy certification for the state of employment where required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens.
• Record maintenance data and ensure proper specimen transport and storage.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly and follow established protocols.
