Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Phlebotomist in Glens Falls, NY. The contract role runs about 3 months with potential for permanent placement, with a M-F schedule from 7:30am to 4:30pm and one Saturday every other week from 7am to 12pm. 2+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities include blood draws, labeling, centrifugation, and proper specimen handling while maintaining compliance with OSHA/DEP regulations. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• Minimum of 6 months venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and venipuncture per physician orders.
• Label specimens and centrifuge as required.
• Record maintenance data and decontamination steps.
• Update patient information in the system.
