Your Talent Team in Greer, SC is seeking a Phlebotomist for a 3-month contract with potential for permanent hire. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The role requires a valid state phlebotomy certification and at least 6 months of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting. Responsibilities include performing blood draws, labeling and centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data, and ensuring proper packaging for transport.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and properly label specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Package specimens for transport and maintain sample integrity.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and DEP regulations and trainings.
