Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state of employment.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and specimen labeling.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Package and transport specimens following procedures.
• Ensure temperature control and proper storage of specimens.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations and complete annual trainings.
