Job summary

Connectly Recruiting in Greer, SC is seeking a Phlebotomist for a 3-month contract with potential for permanent placement. The role requires at least 6 months of venipuncture experience and a valid phlebotomy certification.

You will perform blood draws, label and process specimens, ensure proper storage, and maintain accurate records while upholding OSHA regulations. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8a-5p at the Greer facility.

Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification required for the state of employment.
• Minimum 6 months’ venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• High School Diploma or GED; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, and maintaining data records.
• Package and store specimens per protocol; ensure specimen integrity during transport.
• Explain venipuncture and specimen collection processes clearly to patients.
• Follow OSHA and DEP regulations; attend annual trainings.
