Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a Phlebotomist for a contract role in the San Antonio area. This position covers a 10-15 mile radius with a Monday–Friday, 7am–5:30pm schedule. The role involves blood draws, labeling, and specimen processing, with an initial 3-month term and potential for permanent placement.

Minimum 1 year of diagnostic phlebotomy experience is required. Benefits are available; project duration may extend based on performance. Commitment to accuracy and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification as required in some states.
• Minimum 6 months' venipuncture experience in fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and venipuncture procedures.
• Label, centrifuge, and process specimens per procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient and specimen information; comply with OSHA regulations.
• Attend department trainings and document maintenance data.
• Answer inquiries and communicate clearly with patients.
