Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires phlebotomy certification as required by state.
• Minimum 6 months of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data; update patient information.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure correct labeling and requisitions.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and DEP regulations; participate in trainings.
• Assist with troubleshooting and workflow improvements as needed.
