Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid state phlebotomy certification as required.
• At least 6 months' experience performing venipunctures.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection with attention to accuracy and safety.
• Label, centrifuge, and document specimen handling and storage.
• Update patient information and maintain clear records of procedures.
• Explain venipuncture steps clearly to patients and ensure comfort and cooperation.
