This contract 1099 hourly consultant role focuses on payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as operations begin in the state.

Formación

• Active, unRestricted Arizona medical license.
• Board-certified Pediatrician.
• Active DEA registration.
• Ability to credential with commercial and government payers.
• Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities.
• Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred.
• Arizona state residency required.

Responsabilidades

About the Role

We are seeking a Arizona-licensed Pediatrician to support the launch of our behavioral health and medical services in Arizona. This contract position will play a key role in payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as we establish operations in the state. This is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant role. Clinical service opportunities may become available in the future based on mutual interest and business needs.
