Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. seeks an Arizona-licensed Therapist to support the launch of behavioral health services in Arizona. This contract 1099 hourly role will assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities as care access expands within the state.

The engagement is a flexible, part-time consultant position with an estimated 1 hour per week workload and potential for expansion as patient services launch in Arizona.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Credentialing & Licensure
• Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes
• Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations
• Participate in meetings related to network expansion and market launch
• Assist in user research interviews to understand AZ landscape and provider attitudes
• Identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions
