Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders.
• Conduct engaging therapy sessions tailored to meet each student's unique needs.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate, thorough records of sessions and outcomes.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEPs.
• Educate and advise teachers and parents on strategies for reinforcing progress beyond sessions.
• Remain current on best practices and maintain professional licensure requirements.
