Job summary

Qualifications

• Florida Certified Contract Manager Certificate (or ability to obtain within six months)
• Five or more years of contract/grant management experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience tracking and monitoring contract/grant deliverables
• Experience working with contracts involving multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with laws and departmental policies
• Monitor contractor performance and expenditures; approve expenditures
• Handle inmate complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Recommend process improvements to maintain compliance
