Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma.
• 2 years of experience with HR-related functions such as posting job advertisements, creating and managing position descriptions, and processing disciplinary and separation actions.
• 2 years of experience with office management duties (purchasing, tracking, and receiving supplies).
• 2 years in an administrative assistant role or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating OIT recruitment, selection, and separation processes.
• Assist CIO with coordinating employee relations and appeals.
• Serve as HR point of contact for managers and employees including onboarding/offboarding.
