Responsibilities

• Review all incoming customer purchase orders for required order entry information.
• Follow procedures to ensure accurate order entry and fulfillment.
• Update and maintain all Sales Orders per Sales Ops and Planning team instructions.
• Create and enter new customers and part numbers.
• Manage emails and communications with customers and internal teams.
