Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Contracts Facilitator in Dallas, Texas, responsible for processing contracts efficiently and coordinating workflows between branches and the home office. The ideal candidate will ensure all contract requests are fully completed, provide ongoing education regarding contract processes, and follow up on approvals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to collect, aggregate, interpret, and report data is essential.
• Experience with contract management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage contract request forms.
• Work with legal for non-template contracts.
• Draft agreements and monitor contract approvals.
• Provide ongoing education about contract management.
