Job summary

Altea Healthcare is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the Senior Manager, Contracts & Legal in managing the contract lifecycle, templates, and documentation. This role ensures contracts are prepared, routed, executed, and maintained using approved templates and the CLM system.

You will coordinate DocuSign CLM workflows, maintain repository integrity, track renewals and expirations, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Legal to enable timely contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years in contract administration, legal ops, healthcare administration, or business ops.
• Experience with CLM platforms, preferably DocuSign CLM.
• Experience preparing and revising contracts using templates.
• Familiar with contract terminology and document formatting.
• Experience maintaining repositories and version control.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Contracts Manager in administering contract lifecycle processes.
• Prepare, route, revise, proofread, and distribute contracts using templates.
• Administer CLM system templates, organization, and records.
• Coordinate contract execution through DocuSign CLM and monitor approvals.
• Incorporate approved revisions while maintaining version control.
• Maintain centralized contract repository and ensure easy retrieval.
• Track status, approvals, dates, amendments, renewals, and expirations.
• Notify stakeholders of renewals, expirations, and actions required.
• Generate contract reports and metrics from the CLM system.
• Keep templates current with updates and version control.
