Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in contracts, legal, or paralegal roles.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, communication, and time management skills.
• Independent, accountable, and detail-oriented with ability to handle high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contract administrator for OptiFreight standard contracts.
• Draft contracts in Apttus using standard templates.
• Review contracts for adherence to business terms and company playbooks.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals for redlines with cross-functional teams.
• Support dashboards and reporting on contracting activities.
