Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Contract Administrator to support OptiFreight contracts through drafting, review, and negotiations. You will collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Product Marketing to ensure compliant contracting processes and timely execution.

You will manage non-standard terms, assist in training stakeholders, and help develop templates and playbooks while contributing to dashboards and reporting for key leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of related experience in roles such as Contracts Analyst or Legal/Paralegal preferred.
• Strong negotiation, contract drafting, communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Must be a quick learner with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer customer contract terms and activations.
• Draft contracts in Apttus using OptiFreight templates.
• Review contracts for standard terms adherence.
• Explain OptiFreight requirements and assist with questions.
• Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.
