Job summary

RealmOne seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, from proposal through closeout. This role requires negotiation, compliance oversight, risk management, and effective communication with program teams, customers, and vendors.

The individual will manage multiple contracts, track deliverables and funding, and support audits while ensuring adherence to FAR/DFARS and applicable policies. A security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, law, or related field.
• 5+ years of DoD government contract administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisitions policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full contract lifecycle for government and commercial agreements.
• Negotiate, review, and close out contracts; manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Explain contract requirements to program teams, leaders, customers, and vendors.
• Monitor compliance, funding, deliverables, and changes; raise issues early.
• Prepare NDAs, teaming, consulting, and subcontract documents; support audits.
