Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Legal Operations Analyst II to drive contract operations across Vendor, Marketing, and Commercial Legal teams. You’ll optimize Ironclad CLM, manage contracts, and build scalable tech solutions with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Product, and Procurement.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in contract operations, strong data analytics, and a proven ability to automate processes in a fast-paced, remote-first environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or contract technology administration.
• Advanced proficiency with Ironclad, Zip, and similar CLM/procurement platforms.
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Notion, Google, and Contentful.
• Demonstrated success implementing legal technology solutions and process automation.
• Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and metrics-driven decision-making.
• Project management skills and the ability to coordinate tasks and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
• In-house legal team experience at fast-paced companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Ironclad CLM platform including admin, templates, routing, and integrations.
• Oversee contract database management for data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Develop technical solutions for contract intake, triage, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Financial Systems, IT, and vendors on system integrations.
• Create training materials and self-service resources for contract tools.
• Lead end-to-end process improvements in contract operations.
• Build department-wide reports and dashboards for Legal Leadership.
• Support cross-functional initiatives like data audits and knowledge management.
• Assist with general admin and special projects in a changing environment.
