Waters seeks an Analyst 2, Customer Contract Administration, to support the lifecycle of customer contracts in a regulated, high-volume testing environment. You will manage contract data, coordinate with sales, legal, and finance, and ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in contract administration or related analytical role.
• Solid grasp of contract principles, terms, and conditions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review.
• Proficiency with contract management software (Salesforce, SharePoint) and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and process customer contracts, amendments, and related documents for accuracy and policy alignment.
• Maintain contract management systems and databases with critical information.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and internal groups to facilitate approvals and resolve issues.
• Prepare and distribute contract summaries, reports, and analyses for decision-making.
• Assist in developing and implementing contract administration processes to improve efficiency.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding contract terms, conditions, and status.
• Support audit requests by providing accurate contract documentation.
• Participate in special projects related to contract administration.
