Job summary

BD is seeking an Analyst 2, Customer Contract Administration, to support the lifecycle of customer contracts in a regulated healthcare environment. You will maintain contract databases, process contract-related documentation, and assist with reporting and analytics.

Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals. This on-site role is based in Sparks, MD, with a focus on data integrity and process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 4 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or a related analytical role.
• Solid grasp of contract principles, terms, and conditions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with contract management software (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
