The LighthouseAI product suite includes LighthouseAI Intelligence, which uses artificial intelligence to automate compliance requirement research, and LighthouseAI Management which enables maintenance.

LighthouseAI will create a stress-free and streamlined state licensing experience with support from our expert industry veterans and professional solutions.

Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Operations Analyst to support our Professional Services team by ensuring client contracts accurately align with our regulatory service deliverables. You will review and reconcile client contracts against actual scopes of work, licensing workflows, and jurisdictional requirements. Your work will be foundational in driving operational transparency, billing accuracy, and regulatory consistency across engagements.

This is a full-timeremote position.

Working Hours : Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm ET

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review & Reconciliation: Analyze new and existing client contracts to extract scopes of work, key terms, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Operational Mapping: Translate contract terms into actionable workflows for professional services activities (e.g., state license filings, renewals, amendments).
  • Workflow Alignment: Work cross-functionally with service delivery, sales and finance teams to confirm that activities and timeframes align with client expectations and agreements.
  • Compliance Checks: Identify gaps or discrepancies between contractual obligations and services rendered or planned.
  • Documentation & Tracking: Maintain structured documentation of contract-to-service mapping for audit trails, invoicing, and client reporting.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Support tracking and reporting of SLAs, renewals, and client milestones; highlight risks or anomalies.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to internal processes that promote better contract fulfillment and service clarity.

Work Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or other related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a contract analysis, legal operations, regulatory affairs, or client operations role (experience in pharma or health services is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfort working with legal language and operational data.
  • Familiarity with regulatory or licensing environments (especially pharmacy or pharma state licensing) is a plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, ops, and client delivery teams.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with CRMs, contract management tools, or workflow platforms a plus.

  • Staying organized while effectively prioritizing multiple projects at once.
  • High attention to detail when completing projects.
  • Strong time management skills to complete projects by deadlines.
  • Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their projects.
  • Maintain excellent verbal, writing, and language skills.

The pay range for this role is:

70,000 - 75,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
