Qualifications

• Experience as an ORT or non-certified Surgical Technician.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical staff by preparing operating rooms and surgical instruments.
• Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to ensure procedures run smoothly.
• Maintain a sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
• Hand necessary instruments and supplies to surgeons and assistants as directed.
• Monitor and manage surgical inventory and supplies.
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety procedures at all times.
• Support post-operative room turnover to prepare for subsequent cases.
