Our Client in the Greater Philadelphia Area seeks a Managed Services Configuration Associate to prepare mobile devices and Windows laptops for deployment, following strict build sheets and procedures.

This hands-on, high-volume role requires you to install software, enroll hardware in device management, test connectivity, apply labeling, and record audit data for quick, reliable ship-ready devices.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on device provisioning, setup, or support experience.
• Core familiarity with Windows OS setup and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/cellular config.
• Proven ability to follow complex written build instructions and maintain logs.

Aufgaben

• Execute precise device configuration and imaging workflows (iOS, Android, Windows).
• Enroll devices into centralized management systems and configure profiles/settings/app suites.
• Perform post-configuration testing of Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/cellular connections and system settings.
• Troubleshoot routine configuration errors using approved testing frameworks.
• Maintain complete asset tracking records with serials, SIM IDs, test logs, and build progress.
• Package, label, and stage fully configured devices for deployment and hold back non-compliant hardware.
