Job Title: Field Implementation Specialist

Duration: Short Term Contract

Summary:

Perform installation, configuration, administration, and tuning of software application products. Run necessary system backups. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance on software application related issues. May require a strong understanding of software architecture and programming principles. Conducts tasks and assignments as directed. Works under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.

The enterprise mobile device refresh Technician is responsible for supporting large-scale mobile device refresh initiatives across the organization.
