Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support a middle school in Berwyn, IL on a contract basis. You will work with one school, delivering SLP services to a manageable caseload and collaborating with the onsite SLP and district staff.

The role runs August 19 through May 28, 23 days per week, 1319.5 hours, with IEP-guided treatment plans, progress communication to families, fingerprinting onboarding, and potential benefits such as healthcare, housing, meals.

Qualifications

• Current PEL with LBS 1 certification is required.
• Experience providing speech-language services in school settings, especially with students who have mild to moderate disabilities.
• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to a small, manageable caseload of middle school students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate progress to parents and staff.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with school and district requirements.
• Complete district-specific onboarding, including fingerprinting before start date.
