Adecco is seeking an experienced Proposal & Materials Transfer Analyst in Warren, MA to manage contracts and coordinate with clients, suppliers and partners in a government contracting environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing technical and procurement documents, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, and guiding internal teams on transfer requirements while maintaining strong relationships and attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related technical experience in government contracting.
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations.
• Familiarity with Navy contract technical requirements and specs.
• Experience with ERP systems and order processing for engineered products.
• Strong MS Office skills and professional communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain contracts and prepare detailed instructions for flow downs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract reviews are on time.
• Review and edit contract-related technical and procurement documents for accuracy.
• Review material specifications and certifications to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contracts meet technical requirements.
• Provide guidance on contractual transfer issues to Operations Management.
• Identify problems and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support review of SUBSAFE, Q3, X3, and Level 1 parts orders.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and teams.
• Follow all applicable government contracting and company requirements.
