Job summary

Rally Search is seeking a Contracts Manager to support our Contracts and Program Managers in day-to-day setup, management and execution of government project delivery. The role requires strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, ITAR/EAR familiarity, and experience with export licensing processes.

You will interact with DCMA/DCAA, SAM.gov, PIEE/WAWF and other compliance activities, maintain the commercial compliance matrix, and ensure adherence to DoD contracting standards.

Qualifications

• Experience contracting with Government, DoD, primes and subs.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and export controls.
• Strong compliance and logistics management.

Responsibilities

Government contracts experience. FAR/DFARS knowledge and any import/export licensing processes or logistics. Familiar with Business Central operating system. Support compliance with applicable U.S. export-control and trade regulations, including ITAR and EAR.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting project compliance reporting, such as Individual Subcontract Reports (ISRs), Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Status Report and maintaining the commercial compliance matrix.
• Significant experience in US Commercial/Compliance activities, working with:
  • DCMA/DCAA
  • Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives
  • State Department import/export organizations
  • SAM.gov
  • PIEE/WAWF
  • Cybersecurity compliance and CUI
• Thorough understanding of and practitioner in:
  • Federal Acquisition Regulations
  • Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
  • International Traffic in Arms Regulations
  • Export Administration Regulations
  • Strong working knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code

Current experience in contracting with the Government, DoD, Primes, Sub-Primes and in Supply Chains.

• A positive ‘can do’ approach with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
