Job summary

Boochcraft is seeking a highly organized Marketing Manager on a temporary basis to support during a leave of absence. The role begins mid to late November 2026 and runs through June 30, 2027, based in San Diego, CA.

You will help execute marketing initiatives across Boochcraft, Mood, Local Roots, and The Boochyard while collaborating with the Director of Marketing for transitions. The ideal candidate offers 5+ years of marketing experience, strong brand judgment, and excellent cross-functional

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in marketing, ideally in CPG/beverage/fast-moving consumer brand.
• Strong email, digital marketing, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of integrated marketing initiatives across Boochcraft and associated brands.
• Drive marketing plans to ensure campaigns, launches, and initiatives stay on strategy, on time, and within budget.
• Own marketing project management: timelines, deliverables, status, next steps, cross-functional follow-up.
