We are looking for an organized, execution-focused Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis (October - December).
In this role, you will own the day-to-day operations and tactical execution of marketing campaigns and product launches across the combined KitBash3D, Greyscalegorilla, ArtStation, and Sketchfab ecosystem. You will sit at the center of the marketing team, turning campaign plans into clear schedules, tracking deliverables, and making sure the right assets, channels, and stakeholders align on time.
To help you hit the ground running, you will work alongside the current Marketing Campaign Manager during a transition period to gain firsthand context on active campaigns, systems, and processes before taking over day-to-day coordination.
This role is ideal for someone developing in their career who loves structure, excels at cross-functional communication, and wants to gain hands-on experience managing campaign operations across notable brands in a fast-moving environment.
Location: This position can be remote or hybrid and is open to candidates based in IL, IN, FL, OR, SC, TX, and WI. Local candidates have the option to work out of the office located in Portland, Oregon.
