Job summary

KitBash3D is seeking a Marketing Campaign Coordinator for a fixed-term Oct–Dec maternity cover. The role focuses on day-to-day campaign operations, coordinating timelines, assets, and cross-functional delivery across multiple brands within the ecosystem.

This is a full-time temporary position with training overlap and transition support. You’ll work with Asana, Ortto, Whimsical, Webflow, and Shopify to drive execution, reporting, and documentation while learning our campaigns and processes from

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing project management experience.
• Experience with coordinating multi-channel campaigns and meeting deadlines.
• Hands-on experience building campaigns and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and tactical execution of marketing campaigns and product launches across the ecosystem.
• Turn campaign plans into clear schedules, track deliverables, and align assets and stakeholders on time.
• Maintain active campaign projects in Asana and update workflows in Whimsical and Google Workspace.
