Job summary

Florida Department of Transportation seeks a Contract Manager to develop and manage contract scopes, terms, budgets, and performance measures in line with Florida statutes and FDOT policies.

The role coordinates with procurement, legal, leadership, and other stakeholders to monitor deadlines, resolve issues, and prevent service disruptions, while maintaining audit-ready records and templates in MS Office and state systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, fiscal review, or procurement is highly desirable.
• Valid class E driver's license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work, contract terms, budgets, and performance measures.
• Prepare renewals and amendments; ensure compliance with statutes and FDOT policies.
• Review costs, budgets, and invoices for accuracy and funding alignment.
• Coordinate with program leadership, procurement, legal, and internal stakeholders to support decisions.
• Maintain audit-ready files and contract documentation.
