Job summary

Florida Department of Transportation is seeking a Contract Manager to develop and manage contract scopes, budgets, and performance measures in alignment with Florida law and FDOT policies.

You will coordinate across procurement, legal, and leadership, ensuring timely renewals, compliance, and audit-ready records while supporting planning and execution of contracts throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, fiscal review, or procurement is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license (Class E).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes, terms, budgets, and performance measures and renewals.
• Ensure documents comply with statutes, policies and funding.
• Review costs, budgets, invoices, and contractor reports for accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement, legal, and leadership to support contracts.
• Maintain audit-ready files and templates for contract activities.
