Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and two years of infra design/construction/maintenance experience or an Associate's Degree.
• Must obtain Temporary Traffic Control certification within one year.
• Ability to travel and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and administration of multiple contracts.
• Review invoices, encumbrances, and pay estimates; monitor budgets.
• Coordinate with District and state offices; ensure compliance.
• Prepare reports and close-outs; manage contract modifications.
• Provide public relations support and resolve concerns.
