Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of purchasing, supply chain, or related healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes and inventory management in healthcare.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Meditech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchase medical and non-medical supplies for hospital and departmental needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and support capital equipment purchasing and bidding processes.
• Generate, track, and expedite purchase orders through Meditech.
• Resolve backorders, recalls, invoice discrepancies, and supply requests.
• Maintain purchasing databases and PPE allocations.
