Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic management principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract documents for CPT, FPICN, and SATP contracts, including new contracts, amendments, and renewals.
• Monitor fiscal, programmatic and administrative contract performance within required timeframes.
• Ensure compliance with State of Florida requirements and timely execution of contract documents.
• Maintain contract management documentation and perform amendments, renewals, and extensions; manage budget-related activities and invoicing.
• Maintain logs and tracking references to improve timeliness and efficiency.
• Coordinate with division liaison and prepare financial reconciliations and contract closeouts.
• Comply with State, Federal and Department laws, rules, regulations, policy and procedures.
